Using the Mobil Fuel Station-Mr Biggs model, it's at the heartbeat of Iyana Ipaja. Good parking space, good sitting space inside and clean restrooms. It's also a good place to refuel vehicle tanks as Mobil sits right in front. It can be used as landmark as well, for people who are not familiar with Iyana Ipaja.
